Threaded bore BFlange O.D. D

Internal helix is a visual thread indication, not a measured thread profile. The hub may be straight or tapered within the standard limit.

Auto-filled dimensions (mm unless noted)

How the weight is estimated

The plate and raised-face rings are combined with a short hub. The bolt holes and nominal threaded bore are subtracted. For Classes 300 and 600, the rear counterbore is also allowed for. Straight and maximally tapered hub shapes bound the planning range.

Thread crests, chamfers, tolerances, machining allowances and coatings are excluded. The 3D thread indication does not change the estimate.

Standard and ordering notes

Dimensions follow the supplied ASME B16.5-2003 Tables 7/8, 10/11 and 15/16. Class 150 threaded flanges have no rear counterbore; Classes 300 and 600 do. The 3D hub taper is limited to 7°. Class 600 is shown to NPS 2½ according to Table 16’s flange illustration. Specify the required pipe thread and confirm final dimensions with the approved drawing.
