LeKe Piping / Quality & Inspection

Quality and inspection requirements, clarified before the order moves forward.

For industrial piping products, the required standard, inspection scope, documentation and witness arrangements should be agreed around the actual product and project requirement. We help organise that conversation clearly from the start.

A practical approach

Inspection is a project requirement, not a generic promise.

Inspection expectations can differ by product type, standard, material, service condition and project document. The most useful starting point is a clear requirement: what needs to be reviewed, who needs to witness it, and which records are needed with the supply.

That approach helps buyers, end-user factories, project procurement teams, traders and distributors discuss the same requirement with fewer assumptions.

Confirm the scope

Three areas to define early.

01 / PRODUCT

Product and standard

Share the product type, size, pressure class, material, standard, drawing or data sheet that applies to the purchase.

02 / INSPECTION

Inspection and witness points

State the requested inspection or test scope, any hold or witness point, and whether an inspection plan is required for review.

03 / DOCUMENTS

Required records

Identify the certificates, reports, marking information, packing details or project documents required for the agreed supply.

Working sequence

From requirement to inspection coordination.

STEP 01

Send the requirement

Provide the product list, drawing, standard, quantity, destination and any project document available.

STEP 02

Align the scope

Discuss product details, requested checks, documentation and any points that need clarification before confirmation.

STEP 03

Coordinate inspection

Where third-party inspection is requested, the buyer may nominate an agency or ask us to assist with the arrangement.

STEP 04

Review agreed records

Confirm the required documentation and the next action according to the agreed product and project scope.

Third-party inspection

Keep the inspection arrangement visible to all parties.

  • Buyer-nominated agency: share the agency name, contact route and any applicable inspection instructions.
  • Assistance with coordination: if you do not have a nominated agency, ask us to help organise the discussion and next steps.
  • Project documents: submit the relevant inspection plan, data requirement or witness-point request for review.
  • Final scope: the inspection arrangement remains subject to the product and project requirement being agreed.

What to send with your enquiry

A drawing or product list is useful, but you can start with the information already available. We can help identify what needs to be clarified next.

  • Product name, type and quantity
  • Standard, material, size and rating
  • Drawing, data sheet or purchase specification
  • Requested tests, records or certificates
  • Inspection agency, witness point or project requirement
