Why one page

Elbows and bends solve the same routing question.

A standard elbow is typically selected from a defined angle and radius series. A pipe bend is commonly specified when the project calls for a particular bend radius, angle, tangent length or drawing-defined geometry. Keeping them together lets buyers compare the right solution without splitting one piping route across separate pages.

Product options

STANDARD ROUTING

Long Radius Elbows

Butt weld elbows specified with the required size, angle, wall thickness and relevant dimensional series.

COMPACT ROUTING

Short Radius Elbows

A shorter radius option where the piping layout and project specification call for a compact change in direction.

Elbow Angles

Confirm the angle, center-to-end dimension, NPS/DN and mating pipe wall in the RFQ.

Pipe Bends

2D, 3D, 5D or project-defined bends reviewed from the required radius, angle, tangents and material.

Pipe bend scope

Use a bend when the route defines the geometry.

For bends, a diameter alone is not enough. Provide the pipe OD or NPS/DN, wall, centerline radius, angle, straight tangent if required, material and applicable drawing or standard.

RadiusState 2D, 3D, 5D or the required centerline radius.
AngleState the bend angle or provide the routing drawing.
Tangent lengthState straight ends when fabrication or fit-up requires them.
Pipe compatibilityState OD, wall, material and end preparation of the mating pipe.
