Through bore BFlange O.D. D

The 3D model scales the B16.5 flange O.D., thickness, hub base, hub length, bore and bolt pattern. Its hub end O.D. is illustrative because the table does not specify a unique finished contour.

Auto-filled dimensions (mm unless noted)

How the estimate is calculated

The plate ring and raised face volumes are calculated after subtracting the through bore and bolt holes. ASME B16.5 specifies the hub base diameter and minimum length but not one unique finished hub contour. The estimate uses the midpoint of tapered and cylindrical hub volume bounds.

The model uses a short, nearly cylindrical hub based on the supplied product photo. Its illustrative hub end O.D. is not an ASME B16.5 table dimension. Fillets, weld preparation, machining tolerances and coatings are excluded.

Check before ordering

Reference dimensions follow the supplied ASME B16.5-2003 data for Classes 150, 300 and 600. The displayed bore is the slip-on bore, which is larger than the pipe outside diameter. Confirm facing, drawing, material and actual piece weight for quotation.
