Dimensional checks
Identify the approved drawing revision, critical dimensions, tolerances and mating connection. Agree the inspection quantity or sampling plan and required measurement records.
Inspection documents
Send the inspection and test plan, required reports and buyer approval requirements. Identify witness or hold points and the notice needed by your inspector.

Include additional testing, reporting and third-party inspection with the RFQ so availability, methods, acceptance criteria and delivery implications can be reviewed for the specified product and material.

These photographs show dimensional measurements and examples of material analysis readings. Specify the test method, extent and acceptance criteria for your order. Photographs and individual PMI readings do not replace the required material certificate or order-specific reports.
